We found this place by chance, it's inconspicuous, but it's worth a visit! Very tasty sandwiches, it seems the most delicious in this area. Very juicy meat, lots of sauce, fresh vegetables, fresh and crispy bread. I was shocked when our order was brought, the sandwiches were huge and smelled very tasty. One of the sandwiches came with steak and the meat was very well cooked. Very nice friendly staff, simple interior, there are tables to sit outside. Dog friendly

My favorite deli in SB. Menu is great. Build yourself bagels are my favorite. When you order on the phone make sure they take the order correct. I am a regular here, they made at least one mistake with my last 3 orders. Also, because of lack of vantilation it is always smokey inside and it will make you smell like grilled cheese.

Best sandwich in town, really friendly staff. The only downside side is that the parking can be challenging. But based on how great this place is, it's hardly surprising.

I have been here a few times and I don't think I've ever had an enjoyable sandwich. I go going back every year, hoping that it's just a fluke but at this point I'm convinced it's not. The last time I got a sandwich here it was so soggy and watery. Honestly, very disappointing. I'm not joking there was like a pool of mayo and tomato juice lol. I'm sorry, I don't understand the hype.

I got the bbq chicken, my bf for the phatty. We were both very pleased! Delicious, great sandwiches! Ordering online was super easy, and customizable. You can pay and top online too. Great service. Very friendly. I appreciate that they’re taking Covid precautions by marking the floor 6ft apart, putting up plexiglass around the service counter, and requiring masks. Great job! Love to eat at South Coast Delis when in the area.

No dining inside but they do offer seating outside. Order on line and pick up or have it delivered. Great sandwiches and salads. Ejoyed a cold vanilla latte for the 1st time today.
